Total amount (open and closed) in contact overview

Hi,

I would like to see the total amount open + won in the contacts overview. I have added the columns 'recent deal amount' and 'total revenue' the the contacts overview grid. Both columns value $0, although a $5.000 deal is associated with these contacts.

It's ok if open + won are separated, in any case I need to see the current open (not won yet) deals amount per contact.

How can I make this work? Thank you.

Are these deals in a closed-won stage?  If not, move one there then see if that triggers it?
