Time spent in deal issue

SOLVE

Hello,

I am trying to create a Time Spent in Each Deal Stage report. Does anyone know why some are displaying in hours:minutes but some are in days?

Thank you.

Thank you so much for your time in reviewing this issue! As time allows, I have started reviewing the properties for all of the fields. If I find anything I will share.

Thanks again!

Hello Jennifer,

Thank you so much for the reply! The report was created using a custom report for deals using the Deal Stage properties.  I tried it with Cumulative time in for each deal stage and also tried it with the Latest Time in for each deal stage, but both times the report printed some in days and some in hours.  The only other field on the report in the Deal Close date.   Could it be a probably with the way the report was initially customized? I am baffled.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the additional information @minorcm1, I haven't been able to recreate the issue where it displays in days and hours which means it could be specific to your account (or mien) as to how it's displaying.

Hi @minorcm1 can you share more about the properties you're using and the settings for the report? Is this built with the custom report builder? I haven't run into this before where there is inconsistency with the values so I'd like to try to recreate it and see what might be causing this to happen
