This email has bounced.

This morning, about after 9:00 am, ALL the email I have tried to sent gave me the same error:

"There was an issue sending your email

This email has bounced."
I have already deleted&connect again my email accoun integration. Bu whitout result.
Please can you help me?

I hope you are well!

 

Are you able to send me a screenshot of the error message and was this mailing to a single contact or a batch send? Im thinking this may be due to a GDPR setting you have turned on or a subscription in which the contacts need to be apart of.

The mail was to a single contact.

I have tried to a Hubspot member too..but the error ise the same.

Hi Edoardo, 

 

Apologies, I don't see a screenshot, I am unsure whether you forgot to add this or I just cant see it. But it soudns like a subscription type that the contacts arn't apart of which we find a lot of clients have this issue too.
