Hi everyone! I was referred here by a live support agent.
Our trial test account expired today or sometime this week, and today when I went to renew it, all the previous data had been erased. It essentially looks like it's been factory reset.
Oddly enough we had a few transactional emails we’d set up and when we send those through the API it still works, but I just can’t see them on the emails dashboard. So I can still send them but cannot edit them...
Any ideas on why this might be the case?

Hello @AmplifyHSupport , have you by any chance created a workflow while with the paid trial? If you also created an API you can removed on that end. The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
