Our sales are all team based--not really individual owner based. Is there a report or a way to show sales as a whole vs sales per individual? All the reports I see are very person specific. Any help or direction is appreciated.
You can create teams and add their members under Settings. You can pull lists, reporting, etc. off the field property "HubSpot Team". This is very helpful for us.
You can pull reporting based on teams with manual input. If one team is comprised of Sarah, Ashley, Todd, and Beth. Then make your list parameters include "Activity Owner", "Contact Owner", etc. fields to include all names. IE: Contact owner is any of Sarah, Ashley, Todd, Beth.
If you give me details on a specific report you would like to create, I can give you specific examples and troubleshoot multiple teams, etc. 🙂
