Team Activity Report

SOLVE

Hi,

 

Since yesterday that my team can no longer view any information on the Team Activity Report.

 

I've already contacted the Live Chat Support but they couldn't really help me.

 

Please let me know how can I fix it.

Hi @carlosrmgaspar 

A few troubleshooting steps:

  • Can you confirm your team did have sales activity last week? (Tracked emails, tasks, notes, calls etc. I know you likely did, but just checking)
  • Does the dashboard you are viewing have any filters applied? (on the top left of the dashboard)
  • Have you tried removing the widget and re-adding?
