Task Reminder Date not showing up correctly in reports
SOLVE
I am trying to create a custom Task Report that includes the reminder date for each task, but instead the report generates a series of numbers (like "1741622400000") for the Reminder property instead of an actual date. HubSpot support explained this is an enumeration property issue and currently, there isn’t an option to display this reminder field as a date within reports.
Is there a workaround anyone can suggest? For instance, is it possible to create a report with a 'yes/no' or 'true/false' option for Reminder Date where I can at least see in the report that a reminder date has been set?
Task Reminder Date not showing up correctly in reports
SOLVE
Yeah, this is a known issue. The Reminder Date field shows up as a raw timestamp (like “1741622400000”) because it’s stored in milliseconds and HubSpot doesn’t convert it to a readable date format in reports.
There isn’t a native way to fix that in the UI right now, and custom properties won’t replace the system Reminder field inside the task layout, which does make things messy if you try to work around it manually.
One workaround is to pull your tasks into Google Sheets or Excel using Coefficient, a certified app on the marketplace. Once the data’s in your spreadsheet, from my experience, it pulls the reminder field as a normal date (just double checked on a new import), but if you need you can easily convert the raw timestamp into a human-readable date using a simple formula (=A1/1000 then format as a date).
From there, you can build reports that actually show Reminder Dates, group by date ranges, or even flag tasks with or without reminders using a true/false column.
You can then sync any visualiziations on the data back into a HubSpot dashboard side by side with the rest of the views you've built in HubSpot using native Sheets/HubSpot embed functionality. And it'll stay live as long as you set your Coefficient import on a refresh schedule. I made a quick video about this recently.
Not all native, but it’s a good option if you need more clarity until HubSpot gives more control over how system fields are handled in reports.

Task Reminder Date not showing up correctly in reports
SOLVE
I hope I understand correctly what you would like to set up.
Try the following steps: 1. Go to Reports and click Create report 2. Select Single Object 3. On the "What data do you want to report on?" select Tasks and click Next 4. Under Selected properties on the left sidebar add Task Title and Due Date (and anything else if you need) 5. Then you can change the time period and Advanced filters to filter for tasks with due date known or unknown
Does this answer your question? Is this what you are looking for or did I misunderstood your request?
Task Reminder Date not showing up correctly in reports
SOLVE
Thank you Klemen, but I was referring to the Reminder Date, not the Due Date. When you schedule a task there are 2 different dates you can program - the Activity Due Date, and then you can also schedule a Reminder Date to remind you prior to the Due Date. The Reminder Date is the issue on reporting. It does not show up as an actual date but a series of numbers. I was wondering if there were any possible workarounds to this. Other suggested creating a custom property called "Next Reminder Date" but I don't see how I can add that property to the Task Reminder Layout after creating it? Also, if I create that custom property, can I remove or hide the original Reminder Date property from the layout, or will my team see 2 different properties for Reminder Date (which seems awkward).
I'd love to put you in touch with our Top Experts: Hi @KlemenHrovat, @crispyGTM and @Bryantworks do you have suggestions to help @KSeipel add the task reminder date on reports, please?
