Setting revenue goals by product category

Hey, we have a list of product types or categories and we need to set monthly sales revenue targets for each category for reporting purposes. Does anyone know if this is possible using Pro version.

Hey NZL,

 

Unfortunately you won't be able to do that on Pro.

 

A summary of goal types per tier are here:

  • Sales Hub Starter and Professional has access to only the Revenue goal measure. 
  • Sales Hub Enterprise has access to the Calls logged, Deals created, Meetings booked, Revenue goal measures.
  • Service Hub Enterprise has access to the Average ticket resolution time, Average ticket response time, Tickets closed goal measures.

I checked in our Enterprise account and it doesn't seem like you could do revenue goals on a per product / product type basis.

See the screenshots below of the Enterprise options and the options I clicked to see if it would be there.

In HubSpot you can create reports to show this data but it wouldn't have a formal goal attached.

 

If you need goal reporting I would use a third party BI tool to mix the two data sets together and set goals on it.

I am not sure that the above is a solution, even with Enterprise. I have the same situation, the sales team have revenue targets PER product that they sell but in their portal, their are 4 teams (each with their own pipeline) broken down by sector. Within that breakdown, the team sells various publications/events etc, each with their own revenue target attached to them and I am unable to find a way to set up goals in this way, with Enterprise that would also not be possible.
