Our team has a Sales Hub Professional account. A request has come in from our leadership team to create a report of the Top 15 Deals by Amount. I see that I can set 10 or 20 rows of results to show in the dashboard. I also see that I can set the report to show results for a filter like "Amount is greater than $24,000".
I am creating a table view to best capture some of the data requests for this report on our Dashboard.
I did attempt to set limits to two key fields "Weighted Amount" and a custom calculated field "Amount this calendar year". For both fields I set a limit to show the Top 15. However, after saving this and updating the existing report, I am still being shown more than 15 results.
Is there a way that I can set a report to only show the top 15 by Amount? Ultimately, I would like to show the Top 15 by Deal Amount (the HubSpot-generated value based on 12 months). However, I am happy to have a Top 15 result report driven by the custom "Amount this calendar year" values.
Could you please share a screenshot of your report settings and filters? Are you using the single object report tool or custom report builder, a table chart or a pivot table chart?
Trying to reproduce this, I'm able to filter the report by a minimum deal amount, then cut off the pivot table after the top 10:
Best regards
