With service goals, managers can create quotas for their service users and teams. Managers can also assign goals to a pipeline. Goal milestones can be set monthly, quarterly, or annually

Hey @Susancolleman 

so it depends a bit on the kind of process you are working on with Service hub(could be use for more than tickets).

talking first about tickets you can measure calls, SLA, time to solve a ticket, time for a response in conversations . 
of course all of this depends on how you are evaluating your team.

You can take a look at the standard reports and let us know if you have more questions.
