We are implementing a lead-scoring model on a company level as there is no option to do it on a lead level. I created a card - Lead Scoring level where we can see all criteria (BANT + company size, etc, and Lead scoring model property with threshold) on a company level and implemented a Lead Scoring model with choose criteria - Fit option. Everything works.
Now, the goal -is for the lead gen team using the Sales Workspace dashboard to see the leads and be able, from there, to choose the same criteria (fields) as we have on a company level (BANT + company size etc.) to have the same data in Lead and get it calculated automatically.
Am I right that the only option is - to create the same fields/ objects just on a Lead level and create workflows that will update/ sync entities data on the company and lead levels accordingly and calculate Lead Scoring as I did it below?
To be honest, that is strange Lead Scoring model can be either on Contact or Company level but not on a lead level 😄
Hey @ISmolin! I think that workflow is a really efficient workaround. From what I understand, as well, the lead score fields only apply to Contacts and Companies. I want to invite some subject matter experts to see if they have any suggestions.
