I need to understand why these two reports show different numbers of calls for the user Enrica in the month of June: one report shows 25 calls and the other shows 29 calls.
Troubleshooting is a bit difficult from distance, without being able to click into the graphs and compare which activities are actually behind this.
However, the second report does not assume that the call is associated to a contact, the first report does. (If the reports include contacts as a primary data source, for example, it'll only show activities that are associated to contacts.) That in itself might explain the difference if some calls aren't logged to contacts, but, for example, to companies or deals only, either intentionally or unintentially, should some contacts have been deleted. They would still be associated to companies and deals, but not contacts.
Additionally, one report looks at who created the call, the other to whom the call is assigned. While for calls this should typically be the same, it might differ if call integrations are used.
If you change the first report to display 'Activity assigned to' and remove contacts as a data source, you'll probably see the numbers match up.

@FPianu this is a public community, and users cannot access your portals and links. (Just imagine if they could!)
However I believe that provided a thorough explanation and next steps in my previous reply. Let me know if you need anything else or if anything is unclear.
