I was wondering if there was a way to change the date entered each pipeline stage. A few months ago my boss changed pipelines and moved from one pipeline to the stage that he thought they should go in, in the other pipeline however now its very hard to report on the deals pipeline as we dont have stage information for the first couple stages on a lot of our deals. Am I able to change the date entered field etc.?
These fields can unfortunately not be bulk updated manually via the HubSpot user interface – they're maintained automatically by HubSpot. If it helps, many other HubSpot customers are facing the same issue.
This might be possible through the HubSpot API, I'm not sure. That would require the help of a developer.

You may not be able to change the "date entered" field directly, as many CRM systems auto-generate it. However, you can check if your platform allows manual edits in deal history or use an API/workaround to adjust timestamps. If not, adding a note or custom field for reference might help with reporting.
