Worked the problem - it was there all the time. Learnings.
Hello,
First time community post for me!
I need to pull all Deals by Opportunity Type from our instance of Sales Hub Starter in preparation for a migration to Professional. My predeccor set up multiple opportunity types in Deal Properties based on a mix of offerings that will now be limited to one (1) in the next Sales Hub instance. This is part of a company carve out where a single product will be the new company's focus from a sales ops perspective.
I believe the issue stems from ICP bulk imports where they were uploaded as Deals when they should have been Leads.
I have to scrub them and identify which are legit Deals versus Leads for assigning/reassigning. I tried to create a custom report but cannot seem to find a way to do it. Can anyone direct me on how to export all Deals for this property only from two pipelines? Ideally I would be generating the same report, one for each pipeline.
In Sales Hub Starter, reporting options are unfortunately limited. However, if you're planning to move data to another HubSpot portal anyway, the fastest and simplest option here might be to export everything and work through the data in Excel.
(Creating reports is a Sales Hub Professional feature and unfortunately not an option here.)
To filter deals by pipeline and export them, navigate to Menu > Sales > Deals.
I'd recommend switching to the deal list view for this.
Using "Advanced fiters (0)", you can specify which pipeline you're interested in.
Using "Edit columns", you can include your opportunity type columns.
Once ready, you can review the information directly in HubSpot or export it.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
