SDR reporting

Hi we have an SDR team who set appointments via phone, Linkedin and email for the BD team who attend them. Is there any way:

1. Create a report to show the success of the Linkedin messages or other way of contacting such as Whatsapp message, video message etc
2. Create a report to show the meetings set by an SDR but then attended by a BD
3. Create a report to show by SDR their meetings set to attended and then the outcome i.e. to a deal?
4. Create a report to show the meetings to deals to sales conversion

Hi @Pauldrew 

You can now report on sales actions - specifically meetings in this case - using a reasonably new "meeting type" field (requires Sale Pro or Enterprise).

If you your team is using Meeting Links this will be super easy for your team. If they are scheduling meetings using a normal calendar invite (from Gmail or Outlook) the Meeting Type will need to be set manually, in the Contact timeline.

Once you set the Meeting Type you can create Custom Reports (also requires Sale Pro or Enterprise) to reporton the different meeting types.
