You can now report on sales actions - specifically meetings in this case - using a reasonably new "meeting type" field (requires Sale Pro or Enterprise).
If you your team is using Meeting Links this will be super easy for your team. If they are scheduling meetings using a normal calendar invite (from Gmail or Outlook) the Meeting Type will need to be set manually, in the Contact timeline.
Once you set the Meeting Type you can create Custom Reports (also requires Sale Pro or Enterprise) to reporton the different meeting types.
