I've wracked my brain on this one but have struggled to come with anything that shows what you are looking to see.
The best that I can suggest at the moment is the following:
Create a list of Contacts who are associated to a Deal that has entered the Closed Won stage in the last 30 days (frustratingly, you can't use time period filters such as this quarter in lists)
Create a custom report with Contacts as the primary data source and Deals as the secondary data source. Select the KPI report type and add the following filters-
What the report will show you is the number of Contacts who are associated to a Deal that has been Closed Won more than 30 days ago and less than 60 days ago, and also have another Deal that has Closed Won in the last 30 days - ie. anyone who has made a donation 'last month' and also 'this month'.
Not the ideal solution but hope this is somewhat helpful!
