Restricting access to certain information on dashboards/activity

Hello

I want my team to view theyre own acitivity logs and access the reports / dashboards an be able to create theyre own reports etc.

But; i do not want them to be able to view my (CEO`s) activity, i dont mind them being able to see that i create contacts/how many mails sent/received etc, but i do not wish them to be able to see the content of my mails or tasks and so on.

How do i set up theese permissions accordingly?

Users with super admin permissions can restrict a property so that only specific users and teams can view or edit the property's data on recordsA restricted property's name will still be visible to all users, but based on the access given, users may be unable to view or edit the property values.

 

I want to share this knowledge base with more details here

 

Please note: property values will still be visible in other tools where the property is used, like workflows and reports. Restricted properties can also still be updated via import, workflows, HubSpot's API, or set when a record is created, regardless of the user's access. To avoid this, you can restrict access to these tools.
