Reports to see where created deal is missing

SOLVE

Hi!

We have a workflow that creates a deal when we have booked a 1st Meeting (demo) with a prospect. However, if we book a new 1st meeting /demo with the same account it does not automatically re-enroll this company in that workflow. (limitation in HubSpot)

The problem is now that we might have situations where we have booked a 1st Meeting and where a new deal has not been created.

Does anyone know how I can build a report where I can see accounts where we have logged two first meetings / demo, but only one deal has been created on the account?

@MStadig Have you tried looking into the re-enrollment option within the workflow to get workflow to process the same company again?

Hi @MStadig,

This can be fixed with the correct re-enrollment settings. By default, unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't let us use filters of activities for re-enrollment:

Usually, this can be fixed with enrollment by list. However, an active company list cannot be used for re-enrollment in company-based workflows either:

So, we need to get the assistance of a contact-based list and workflow to get this working.

Contacts will automatically leave the list after a first first meeting and re-enter for a second, third etc.

If you say that this should be easier out of the box, I agree.

Hope this helps!

Hi @MStadig,

You would need two lists to achieve this:

  • List 1: Any associated Deal has all of Create date is known
  • List 2: At least one associated Activity has all of Call and meeting type is any of First outreach AND is not member of List 1

Best regards!

wow, this appears to be rather clunky. Do you have any idea how I can build a list/report where I can see that we booked a 1st Meeting and where there is no deal created?
