I was going over a dashboard with a HS user that's assigned a sales seat and they couldn't view the data in the reports on the dashboard. They were all empty. It's not a setting issue as they have access. It's not a filter issue as all the filters were the same as on my own screen. I'm unsure if others are experiencing this issue, but it wasn't just that one dashboard, it was others.
Can you confirm which permissions you checked exactly? Not only does a user need the permissions to view reports, they only need the permissions to view the records or assets displayed in the report. In other words, report viewing permissions won't get you very far if you don't have the permissions to view the contacts, companies, or deals, for example, displayed in the report.

Here's what it looked like. There is data on my end but on their end, they can't see the same data. I checked their permission settings on the account level. They have access to it all; viewing and editing reports, contacts, deals; everything.
