Reports Dashboard not reflecting emails

Our sales reporting dashboard is not reflecting all the emails sent and contacts worked. Currently, it shows 4 contacts worked on Jan. 17, on our end but more than 100 emails to various contacts were sent out this week. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Could you specify which report you're looking at, either the report name (if it's from the report library) or the report filters, if this is a custom report?

 

One potential cause is that the report is filtering data and not showing all interactions. Another might be that some emails weren't tracked – could you confirm they were all either sent from the CRM, with the HubSpot sales extension in Chrome or Outlook or using the BCC email address?

Hi @karstenkoehler , Many thanks for your interesting comment above. We are using Apollo, and not using the BCC address, because it effectively halves the amt of emails i can send, because of the Google cap.
and emails are not being tracked Hubspot. it says i send maybe 50 a week, whereas the real number is closer to 1500.

How have you seen people integrate Hubspot and Apollo please? Or is there another workaround?

Hi @ ,

HubSpot reports will surely pull the data if the properties have values in that. Try checking the date filters and other property filters. You sure must be missing something.
