Reporting on follow up calls

Hey everyone! 

I am trying to create a report which will let me know how many follow up calls each rep makes. 

Some of our leads are recycled, so I need a way which will differentiate a follow up calls (e.g. they called the contact back within a week) vs those which are recycled and called again after several months. 

Any advice in creating a follow up calls report?

The easiest way to report on different call types would be to customize your call and meeting type options. This HubSpot Knowledge Base article walks you through:

• Where to update your type values
• How to pull them into reports

If you have a somewhat standardized outreach schedule, it could be helpful to create type options like:

• Initial outreach
• Follow-up 1
• Follow-up 2
• Secondary outreach (for recycled leads)
• Secondary follow-up 1
• Secondary follow-up 2

You can then create activity reports to see call by type.
