Reporting on Notes Activity without HTML tags

I'm trying to build a report of all the notes in our company's record with "News Item" in the body for. However, they always have HTML tags in the table. Is it possible to remove the tags?

As far as I know, this cannot be changed. There aren't any options for this specifically unfortunately. You could mention this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews requests based on their popularity.
