Reporting on Multiple Deals from one Company

I'm trying to create a report where I can see a customer that previously signed a 6 month deal that evovled into a 12 month deal upon renewal. We have all the months in term for all deals denoted, I just don't know how to get a view where I can see a list of customers that meet these criteria without having 2 reports that you cross check. Can anyone help me get a report like this example created?

Hi @ZBuehl maybe a pivot table could work.

Make sure you have Companies as primary data source, and then add deals.
