We are using the Sales CRM application of hubspot and want to create many similar reports to what is available in Outreach.io.
One feature that Outreach.io offers is reporting on contact dispositions. This is basically just a field that the Sales team has to fill before they can complete the task that gives a picklist of options for how the call went.
Generally it sounds like what you're looking for are call outcomes. When you log a call, you can select an outcome afterwards:
In the report library of HubSpot (Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library) you should find a report "Call outcome totals by rep" (copy and paste the name in the search bar).
With a Sales Hub Professional subscription, you could create additional custom reports, should the default report not be sufficient.
