Report with overview of leads + how many of these have been followed up
SOLVE
Hi all,
To improve our lead reporting I am setting up a dashboard to group the amount of leads that have been generated over the past few months based on a list gathering the contacts who've submitted a form and registered for an event (eventbrite, webinar platform). I also wanted to include contacts who've clicked more than 5 times links in a marketing email over the last say 90 days but that didn't seem to be possible. You can only filter on total clicks.
Anyway, I got that for and now I want to throw that into a report showing not only showing the amount of leads per sector but also showing how many of these leads have been followed up already (via last activity date?).
I don't seem to find how to make the last part working in one report.
Currently I have 2 reports side by side, are there any other options?
You could create a list of contacts that have clicked more than 5 marketing emails, but the timeline becomes a bit tricky because your date filter would only be based on the last click.
The other ways I was considering that could work, but still with challenges would be a HubSpot score property that increases for the email engagement and once it reaches a specific number, it would be usable in your reports or list. The same thing would work with a workflow that enrolls a contact each time there's a click that increases a number property on the contact record. Again, I think both of these would be tricky to limit a specific number of clicks that all occurred within a set number of days.
For the second part of your question, I think you might have to have two reports for the outcome you want. Even a report with multiple Y-Axis wouldn't display what you need property.
