I think the restrictions may be due to the subscription level associated with the portal. As editing the filter would be creating a custom report, that exceeds the reporting available in the free subscription.
I am going to connect with the team regarding this matter in regards to updating the messaging. Please know that while the error is there, it is not interfering with the functionality of the report.
Do you have the option to choose the filter "is any of" instead of "is equal to"? Can you please try editing/updating the filter (either through updating or creating an additional filter and then deleting the old filter) to "is any of"?
@jennysowyrda It is not an available filter from the dashboard. The only changes I have ever made to the dashboard report filters is for time frame. I dont know where the engagement filters are.
Thank you for sharing and confirming where you are in the tool. Can you please confirm the issue occurs after clearing your cache and cookies and across multiple browsers?
If it is, can you please collect a har file and send it to me?
At the moment I am the only active user. The error occurred consistently and then stopped. The big issue is I don't know how to get to the engagement filters as they are greyed out.
This version is Free. Are the engagement filters paid?
The error will go away if you change the filter from "is equal to" to "is any of". If you do not have permissions to change the settings, can you please connect with your super admin to give you the necessary permissions?
