3. As a criteria, use a Quote property (for example, ID is known)
4. Add an action > Set property value > Choose the custom property you have created and give it the value you want - it will give this value to all the associated contacts and companies of the deal that was enrolled in the workflow.
You can then use this property in a list or in a report that you can then export.
