Report for Unengaged Companies

Is there a way to pull a report in hubspot of companies that have not responded to our emails in the past 12 or so months?

Hi Karsten, i'm having trouble seeing if i can remove any of the new companies in the list. Meaning myself or someone has created a company that hasn't had any engagement so they would be on the list, however they are on the list because they are new leads, not because we haven't reached out and no one has responded. Any advice on how to resolve that issue?

Hi @ESvendsen,

Are you referring to sales emails or marketing emails? In any case, this is best answered with two company lists. For the first list, simply pick one of the two filters shown below:

List number 2 filters for companies not in list number 1:

List number 2 contains the companies who didn't reply.

Thanks Karsten, you are always quick to respond. We are looking to see who we are emailing on the sales side and the message is not getting through. There are so many good prospects in our CRM but collecting dust and we need to switch up our approach to break through. I'll give this a try and let ya know. Appreciate ya.
