Both reports require a Professional subscription. Which subscription are you working with?
Generally, you would navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Contacts.
These are the settings for the first report. (Adjust the date range under Filters in the top left corner.)
To see when contacts were assigned to a sales rep, you first need to create a date property for this purpose, e.g. Assignment date. In a contact-based workflow, you would set the value of this property to the date of the step, after enrolling contacts when Contact owner is known. (Do not enroll contacts that meet the trigger criteria already when switching on the workflow.) Information will only be available from the date that you set this up.
You would then simply replace the Create date in the report above with the Assignment date.
Without a Professional subscription, these reports cannot be created.
