Creating a customized report and use ContactOwner, no matter which flavor of the filter it will not limit to the assigned name. Example: ContactOwner contains all of "Jane Doe". It is not limiting the data results to only those contacts owned by Jane Doe.

Have you tried building it with the single object report builder instead of the custom report builder?

@Annie_Birai I ended up using that. I was trying to use the custom just to see what flexibility it provided but sticking with the basics for now.

Hi @CLawson4,
Could you please share a screenshot of the report filters / settings?
Best regards

Hi @CLawson4,
Instead of "contains all of", can you try "is any of"? It shouldn't make a difference – in my portal, testing a report on my end, it does.
Best regards!

It did not make a difference. I have tried a combination of all options with no success. Thanks for your feedback, I'm willing to try most anything to fix this.
