Report Deals Where Last Modified More Than 10 Days Ago

Hi There,

I would like to create a report showing me and deals that have not been updated within the last 10 days. Alternatively, any deals that have not had their 'Next Steps' property not updated in the last 10 days.

Is there any way of doing this?

Hi @John_Egerton,

This is possible with the new custom report builder, currently in beta. You can check whether you have access by clicking Reports > Reports > Create custom report. In the left sidebar, you would see Custom Report Builder. If it doesn't appear there, you might be able to access it via https://app.hubspot.com/advanced-builder/1234567, where 1234567 in the previous URL is your portal ID.

When you see the options for the Custom Report Builder BETA, select Deals as primary data source in the dropdown, and click Next. You can now search for Create Date, drag and drop it on the X-axis, put Count of deals on the Y-axis.

Next, select the tab Filter, search for Last modified date and drag the field into the filters. You probably also want to show only those deals which haven't been closed yet, so you could add that as an additional filter.

With a vertical bar chart, you should now see all of the deals, created in the month shown on the x-axis, which haven't been closed yet and which haven't been updated in the last 10 days.

(In the "old" report builder, we do not have the same filter options for 'Last modified date'. If you do not have access to the new report builder yet, I recommend reaching out to your account manager and request it.)

@karstenkoehler is so good at explaining! That's definitely the best way forward. However, if you're unable to build it yourself, we have an email report that tells you just that as well as an interactive dashboard. No setup needed other than if and when you want to receive the email reports. Check us out for free at MethodData.
