Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but I was able to edit the Deals Total By Stage Report to show just Closed Lost and Closed Won. Unfortunately, my demo data didn't have any Closed Lost so the graphic isn't what you're looking for, but if you have Closed Lost it would be a separate column.
This is how I did it.
Add Report > Deals > Deals Totals in Stages> Edit in Builder
I filtered by Deal Stage: Closed & Won
See the attached pics of the other settings I used.
