Report Building/Customization

SOLVE

Hello Folks,

I would like to have this report (in attachment) in my Sales Dashboard with the only difference that I want to see all deals that were moved in STAGE of the Sales Pipeline.

- E.g. if a deal was moved from Sales Qualified Lead to Discovery Made, I would like to see it as '1' in Discovery Made --> is this possible? If yes, how to set the filters?

And, is it possible in Sales Starter?

Many thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

Hello @EbarakHossain,

I'm not sure this can't be done. HubSpot distinguishes between different types of report here. The type we're looking at in your screenshot which is showing how many records currently have a characteristic. And funnel reports which show how many objects have had a characteristic (Lifecycle stage or Deal stage) until now. The latter is what you're looking for. Unfortunately, these only come in a certain type of visualization: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/differences-between-funnel-reports-types

If you want to see the data from your screenshot, you'd have to create a funnel report for each deal owner (which seems doable for 3 deal owners). You can then neatly arrange them next to each other in a dashboard.

Hope this helps!

Hi @EbarakHossain,

When you navigate to the Report library (Menu > Reports > Reports) and search for "funnel", if you see a button Edit in builder when you hover over report you can create these variations. If not, then yes, unfortunately this is not available in Starter.

Best regards!
