Removing Deactivated Users from Dashboards/Reporting
SOLVE
Hi,
In our Sales Department, we've set up Teams per region/language (e.g. French, German, etc) which is their Primary Team, but we're running into issues when someone's account becomes deactivated on how firstly to auto-remove them from the dashboards but retain their information in the Team
Tried setting up Secondary Teams, such as Sales - Archived, but that'd only work if I replace the deactivated user's Primary Team.
At this current time, Users are not an object that can be used for reporting or filtering.
Secondary teams aren't an ideal solution either because of how the reporting functionality works.
In most cases I typically include the deactivated user for things like deals or activities because technically they completed these actions, but if you are strictly reporting by teams and once deactivated they are technically not on the team, it gets tricky. Here is a previous discussion on this topic that should be helpful.

Hi Josh,
Thank you for the quick feedback; I had been fearing that this would've been the case already. Unfortunately, there's about a dozen graphs I'll need to keep manually updating in that case.
