Recurring emails of dashboard does not display the entire dashboard in the email

Hello-

We have the Reporting Add-On and have scheduled a few dashboards as daily recurring emails. However, you still have to view them in HubSpot because the entire dashboard does not display in the email. Am I missing a step or is this just the way it is? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @kmoutes_concept,

 

What dashboard are you exporting? Do you have it set to show only certain reports? I would recommend checking the sharing settings of the report as a starting point.

I reached out to support and they told me this is just a limitation of emailing dashboards. You still have to view it in HubSpot to see the entire dashboard results. Thanks!
