Is there a way to pull a report of all quotes SIGNED in a certain date range?

I hope you're doing well. 
I think that depends on your setup.
Can you confirm if and how you are somehow storing the information on when a quote has been signed (for example with the esign date)?

Can you clarify what you mean by storing the quote? It is housed in quotes in HubSpot. We also store a copy in a digital file on the network.
