When calls are made why are users in the system showing account owner not the user that is making the call in the productivity report? Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a way to fix it?
Could you please share a screenshot or provide us more details in what filters are being used in your report currently? And how are the contacts associated with Users, the users that call the customers are usually different from the account owner?
