Pipeline/ Table- like Dashboard

SOLVE

Hey everyone,

I want to create a dashboard for a team in my company.

The dashboard should have a similar look like the pipeline or a table; the columns should represent the following contact properties:
First Name, Last Name, Prio 1/Prio 2/ Prio 3 (this porperty is a drop down) and contact owner.

Is it possible to present contacts this way?

Thanks in advance!

Pipeline/ Table- like Dashboard

SOLVE

Hi @maulpaurer,

Yes, this can be achieved with a single object report: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-single-object-reports

Under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Contacts, click Filters in the top left corner and select your preferred date range.

Under Data, add all of the fields you'd like to appear in the table.

In the Visualization tab, pick the table chart in the top left corner, then drag and drop all of the fields you added in the Data tab into the Displaying area.

That should be it 🙂

If you're getting stuck, let me know where exactly. Happy to elaborate.

Best regards!
