We use a ticketing pipeline for client onboarding and i would like to be able to report one where in the pipeline we see the most dropouts, has anyone come across a report which may be able to detail this? NB this is a ticketing pipeline, not a deal pipeline (although if a report is available for deals detailing dropout stage that would also be useful).
Hey @NLayton! Great question. I know that customer journey reports would give you a great visualization for this, but we cannot use this for tickets yet.
I want to invite some subject matter experts to see if they have any suggestions.
