Need a very specific report of Sales contacts with Lifecycle and Hubspot Owner

I'd like to create a report that shows Hubspot Owner on one axis (Sales Rep 1, Sales Rep 2, etc.) and number of contacts in bar chart form, with the bar segmented by lifecycle stage, and be able to do various time frames. It seems like there is no way to do this with Lifecycle stage as a measurement. Has anyone done this?
