Need Help With Dashboard

I'm trying to create a few dashboards and they don't seem to work (when I edit I can see the view I want under unsummarized data - but the view I see publicly has nada)

Contacts Recently Assigned To Me (7 days rolling)

My Leads (recent activity)

A log that shows contacts that have recent activity (browsed a page, clicked a ad, marketing email, etc)

When you edit what exactly? Can you please share a screenshot of what you have configured? Are you attempting to build a report that shows all three?

For the first report, simply filter for: Owner assigned date is less than 7 days ago AND Contact owner is you.

For the second report, this is not so straightforward, unfortunately. There is no report type that would show you this as a feed. You can however create a segment / filtered view / report (I would recommend a filtered view) that filters for contacts (or leads associated to contacts, if you want leads) where: Last seen is less than 7 days ago OR Last marketing email click date is less than 7 days ago OR [Events] Ads interaction: Occurred is less than 7 days ago OR ...

Let me know if that answers your question or if you have any follow-up questions. If you're getting stuck, please specify where exactly.

Best regards

Hi @GoldGorilla, Welcome to HubSpot Community!

I'm tagging @beeginman, @IohranAraujo, @ScottPennwood and @HubSpot_Corey  here, as they are our top experts on reporting and may have seen this specific behavior before.

Some things to consider - when you set a date filter on the Dashboard, it applies to a specific property.

You'll want to ensure that the date property in the Dashboard filter is also part of of your "Recently Assigned" report.
If they don't match, the Dashboard filter often takes precedence.

Similarly, if this report uses Last Activity Date, ensure your Dashboard isn't filtering by Create Date. A lead could be 2 years old (old Create Date) but have activity yesterday. A generic dashboard filter for "This Month" would hide this lead.

To further troubleshoot, you can remove the report from the dashboard and add it back, or create a brand new blank dashboard adding only this report to see if it populates as expected.

If none of this helps, please reach back out here with more details regarding the specific data, parameters, and filters of your report, and feel free to include screenshots as needed.
