My team and I have recently ourchase Hubspot Professional. We're a food start up that has a lot of food products, however depending on the customer recieve a different price.
As a result, this would mean trawling through spreadsheets and identifying certain products and their price that is associated with the customer manually - a big decision to move to Hubspot was to centralise this.
Each product SKU for us has ~5 prices and is a big part of our business and reporting
We want to replicate this process on Hubspot as easily as possible, however I cannot figure out how to achieve this?
The desired outcome is:
When creating a deal = input customer > input company > input line item (product SKU) > then choose price associated to company/ industry > create deal.
Currently the only way to manipulate line items with HubSpot workflows is to use custom coded workflow actions. To do this, you will need to have OperationsHub Professional and a developer to write the necessary code.
