We have 2 pipelines, 1 for leads and 1 for deals. I know that HubSpot cannot report on conversion/funnel for 2 pipelines so I need to find a workaround. I was using the deal journey report from sales analytics and analyzing it in Excel, but I've found that it's only including deals that originated in the first stage of the pipeline. Because of the way we operate, not every deal will begin in the first stage, some will jump right to the second or third.
Does anyone know of a way to get a report that'll show of all deals created in a specific period, how many have reached specific stages in the pipeline?
@MVinet With the new Prospecting tool in beta, I would highly recommend looking at whether your Lead pipeline can be shifted over - this wouldn't solve the single funnel report, but it would likely create better alignment between leads and deals because a qualified lead can create the deal automatically.

Thanks for the great post, that's exactly what the Community is here for!
That's right @MVinet, at the moment, this is not possible. I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Allow funnel reports for multiple pipelines. To contribute, you can upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
I'd like to share with you some workarounds I found:
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @johnelmer, @ArtyCele and @GCasali can you think of other workarounds to help @MVinet, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
Hi Bérangère, thanks for the thoughtful reply! I've read through those other posts before and combining our pipelines isn't a desirable option at this point.
As another potential workaround, do you know if there's a way to export deal information that shows when each deal entered a specific stage? As I mentioned in my original post, the Deal Journey report almost works, but it only counts deals that originated in the first stage of the pipeline, and not all of our deals do that.
