Monitor administrators activities

I don't find how to monitor activities of our administrators. I need to know if they export data, import, and so on.

It sounds like most of the information you're looking for can be found here:

https://app.hubspot.com/settings/YOURPORTALID/audits/security/

You can find these in the settings Account Setup > Account Defaults > Security > View security activity history
