Meetings not being logged

Wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue with meetings not being logged in the sales activity reports?

 

The salesperson has their meeting scheduler set up and in settings they have 'track calls and meeting types' enabled.

Could you provide a bit more detail? Are you saying meetings are booked through meeting links bit not showing up in HubSpot? So they not appear on the contact record? If so, how do you know they were booked?

 

Do they not appear in a specific report? If so, have you checked the report filters? Can you share a screenshot of them along with details about a meeting you'd expect to see there?

 

This sounds like a report filter issue. The report is likely excluding certain meetings.
