Hi all, just looking at my 'prospecting activities' report, under 'meetings', where it says I had booked 7 meetings in the fiscal year (2 are irrelevant), however when looking at meetings booked via sequences there are only 2 meetings. I know for a fact that at least 3 were booked via sequences.
How does HS determine whether a meeting was booked via a sequence or not?
It must determine Meeting Submissions from the emails in Sequences. So after somebody clicks the Meeting Link at the Sequence email and Schedule time, this is a trigger to stop the Sequence and also to be a part of the report "booked via sequences".
All other meeting bookings (on your website, marketing emails, direct links, etc.) are determined as outside of Sequences.

Are only meetings booked with the meeting link within the sequence counted in the meeting rate for each sequence? What if someone has a meeting booked in their activity record but they didn't use the link to book it?
Looks it's been a while since you posted this answer and I wanted to double check
