Hi, I'm new to reporting in Hubspot. So far, have discovered how to set up a report to display meetings and filter them by:
- created by ID/user
- meeting type
- creation date
But, I cannot seem to find out how can the results be linked to the actual meeting, (example below) Report --> meeting created in april + by ID xx + type yy
Results displayed --> 3 meetings (# count of activities that match above filters)
When I try to access those 3 results, I can see name of meeting, date, and quite lot of information, except for a link that takes me to THAT particular meeting. How can I do that?? Link I am refering to, is the one that can be access through the "actions" menu of the meeting, "copy link" as shown in pic attached
This one's a bit unintuitive. To get the link, you need to do the following.
Create a single object report
Choose Activities as a data source (not Meetings)
Filter by activity type = meeting
Customize the rest of the report to your liking
When you click into a report now, HubSpot will automatically have added 'Associated contacts' and 'Associated companies' in the raw table display. Clicking on any record will take you to the meeting activity.
Have a great day!

Thank you very much for your reply, I endeed created the report as you mentioned, and as part of the results I can see the meeting name, and other info, but when I click to expand ("Report details") there are 2 kind of results I get:
1) several record id deals, with all deals that meeting is related to (pointing to different URLs to show same meeting, ie, https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/29xxxx/record/0-3/1941xxxxx52/ or https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/29xxxx/record/0-3/2019xxxxx64/ ), but none of them is the actual meeting link https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/29xxxx/deal/2019xxxxx64/?engagement=5068xxxxx90
** In this particular case, even takes me to a different meeting!
Wrong meeting
Correct Meeting
2) if meeting is not related to any particular customer and/or deal, there is no link that can take me to that meeting directly. To find it have to do a separte search, which is an extra step that would love to skip if possible
Below an screenshot of report setup filters and highlighted results. By the way, if I take out secondary data sources like: contacts, deals, companies... results just show text, and no link to that particular result 😕
Thanks again for all your orientations on this! Not really sure if I am doing sth wrong

It appears that after the recent update to the report features, this no longer occurs. As you can see in my screenshot below it just pulls the type and there's no link or even an option to add "Associated contacts" or "Associate companies".
