Meeting Notes Email

Comrades,

We have a use case where our executives want an email sent out with meeting notes as soon as the sales rep adds "log a meeting."

Wondering if anyone has solved this via REST API or Zapier.

Hey @Rizalvi7861,

There isn't much you can do with notes in app-but it might be worth looking at the engagements API to see if that would work for you.

If you have questions about the API I'd check out the developers forum.

I am looking to do this exact thing, this is a flow I've built easily in Salesforce and want to replicate here so all meeting notes are pushed to sales leadership.

I have exactly the same issue. I was wondering whether this would be possible with Webhooks in HubSpot?

Hello @TanyaSievo

As a workaround, If you collect the information using the engagement API ,

you can create a custom contact property - send the collected notes from the API's notes into that property using a Workflow, and use that property as a personalization token to populate the internal email that is sent internally.
