Measure Sales Time and Tasks

SOLVE

I've been editing and exploring the reports and dashboards for a few days now, but I haven't yet found a solution that can meet this demand.

Currently we would like to analyze the average time that sellers take from the moment the deal is created until the contract is signed and this must be divided by sellers.

Furthermore, we would also like to analyze the volume of leads and deals that each seller is handling.

I've already tried running filters with existing models but haven't found an answer.

Hey @ViniciusAmoroso

so we are talking about 2 different reports.

1) we would like to analyze the average time that sellers take from the moment the deal is created until the contract is signed and this must be divided by sellers.

Here you can take a look at this report about the time in each stage, you can filter by rep to see how each one is doing.

You can also exclude the last stages if you dont want the time to delude.

2) we would also like to analyze the volume of leads and deals that each seller is handling.

You can take a look a this report with quantity of deals by rep and also amount

to identify who has more deal and who gets the deals with larger amount.

This are standard reports

but depending on your licence you may/or may not the all of them.

Hope this helps

This is close to what I need.
It is necessary to enter the time data based on the business stage property, and count the time from business creation to the option of the contract contracted for this property. That's it graphically within the panel.

Regarding the volume of business that each of the salespeople is working on, I need it to be graphically displayed within the dashboards

You can add any of these reports to the Dashboard you want.

If you want to change the type of graphic

you need PRO licences

Once you find this report in the Library click on the Customize button

and select the type of graphic that you preffer (horizontal bar, vertical bars, etc)
