Having used HubSpot for 6 months or so now, I've found the total marketing influences report (listed by recipient email addresses) in campaigns to be incredibly valuable and a good indicator of interest, especially for emails sent to a B2B audience where it might indicate multiple forwards and opens.
I find it surprising that this is only available at campaign and not email level even thought the data is there. Frustratingly, I set up a campaign (post email send) to view this and surprisingly the campaign will only show the influences after the campaign has been setup. It doesn't include the data post email send and pre campaign setup - despite the data being there and visible (but not reportable) on the email stats.
I would think these are simple to resolve and something of an oversight and thereofre, hopeful that the HubSpot development team would be able to resolve this fairly quickly.
I still think HubSpot is an incredibly tool, but I'm surprised by some gaps on the reporting side.
